If I buy something as a Christmas present, what is your refund policy?

     A Christmas gift... more time to make up your mind.

To help you with your Christmas shopping, products bought from 17th October can be returned up to 6th January 2024. This gives gift recipients plenty of time to return unwanted presents, so you can shop early without worrying. Any purchases made after the 22nd December will be eligible for the normal 14 day returns period. 
 
To take advantage of this Extended Returns Period, the Sales receipt document must show a purchase date of 17th October to 22nd December 2024

Unwanted items purchased online can be returned to our Office Address details on the About us Page of our website. Items returned by post must be posted by 6th January 2025.
 
The extended Christmas returns period applies to all products that can normally be returned for exchange or refund, in line with our usual returns policy. This does not affect your legal rights.
